O. Winston Link Museum

You don’t have to be a train aficionado to embrace the work of O. Winston Link.

As a commissioned photographer for many of the train lines, he photographed a view of life that is both romanticized and documented the life near the tracks. Many of his images were made at night using multiple flash units. But think of it..these were trains….how many flash units would it take?

So first take a visit to the museum on-line, visit if you can, and definitely pick up one of his books. Start with “Steam Steel and Bars”.
You won’t be disappointed.
