Final week to see Beauty CULTure @ Annenberg Space for Photography
In it’s short time in LA, The Annenberg Space of Photography, is about to come to the end of it’s most popular exhibit, yet.
Here is a great place to take those visiting turkey eating friends and relatives.
And when you get tired of the mobs at Century City shopping mall, come across the street to the Annenberg, park underneath the building, and take a breather checking out one of the more thought provoking shows in LA.
Heck , you were waiting for Cyber Monday shopping anyway, right?
One of our personal favorites at the show is the 30 min. video directed by Lauren Greenfield, who has been photographically exploring the societal moires with money, appearance, our caste system
Here is an interview we did with her at the Space.
Not in the area? Make sure you check out some of the archived talks by the luminaries of the beauty CULTure that gave talks during the shows run.
It’s a collection of material that is helping preserve the current history of photography.
The show is free. Always.
get your parking validate and it’s only a buck.
Where else in the city will you get that kind o deal? Nowhere.
We’ve said it before, but this structure, dedicated to the art and influence of photography, is a special place that warms our photographic heart.
