3-D comes roaring back on the big screen.

It’s in all of the papers.

3-D movies are about to become the savior of the theater experience. You see, it’s the only movie experience that you can’t get at home. Well not entirely true. Here is a company with a bunch of 3D movies including one directed by none other than Francis Ford Coppola.

But you well know how the 3-D world has been around the still photography world. (see our article )
The company we linked to above is a great source for images, tools and even a lens for digital cameras to take 3D photos.

OK, how many of you have already said “….we LIVE in 3D, don’t we ? “.
Yes, but it’s not part of our reality in the 2D print world. Or TV.

And a little known fact: Harold Lloyd, a huge comedian.actor ,filmmaker of the golden age of Hollywood was a major 3D photographer. We will be bringing you a more indepth story on the man.

Raise your hand if you also knew he did a 3-D book on Hollywood Nudes.

Off the beaten track for a Tuesday some fun links.

And remember ,today is the last day to sign up for the Newsletter (top of HOME page) to be eligible for the weekly giveaway of Urban Disguise camera bags.

Cheers!
