I have been attending for years, ever since it was held at Butterfields Auction house in Hollywood, and now thanks to the efforts of Stephen Cohen, it has expanded to the Santa Monica Civic Convention Center and fills the venue.

Programming : Now you should definitely do one of the collecting seminars ,as you will be treated to a tour of the exhibits BEFORE the Fair opens, by some of the most knowledgable and forthright photographic consultants.

I’d highly reccommend these, whether you are a collector, considering collecting, or, and a big one.. a photographer considering entering the “gallery” market. Have a listen to the pros, and see what is really happening in the marketplace. It will be an eyeopener.
