Greetings!

We are currently in New York City and seeing some fantastic exhibits. We will write up a summary for you on Sunday, but don’t worry; all of the shows have a good run so you’ll be able to catch them if you are in NYC or see parts on-line.

This week, our give away is a DVD (NTSC) from HBO Home Video , an Academy Award Nominated film ” War Photographer” the story of James Natchwey, considered by many to be the greatest war photographer ever.

This is one of the most fascinating and well produced documentaries we have seen. In addition to insight into a great photographers vision, they added a unique way of filming his process.

Attached to his still camera are tiny video cameras giving you a macro look into the actual snapping of the shutter. This is not one to miss.

Sign up to our mailing list to be eligible for the giveaway.

As always, the first 5 readers on our email list to reply will be sent a copy of the film. The next 5 will be sent an official Photoinduced.com T-shirt, made of super soft all cotton. All black with a discreet logo. The next five will be mailed a micro fiber cloth with the photoinduced logo to remind you of us very time you clean a lens, glasses or computer screen.

Some people have asked us “Why give away all this great free stuff?” Yes, we want you to keep coming back and visiting this site. But most importantly… we want to share our joy and passion of photography with kindred spirits (thats you) and one way is to introduce you to some fine materials that are available on our common interests.
