Weekly Giveaway – Not what you thought it would be……

Sure, after posting our Holiday Gift Guide Part 2: The Books, you would imagine the likely candidate for this weeks giveaway would be some beautiful cool book, picked from the selection of ideas that we suggested you get for others.
Right?
That would be easy and predictable.
So in our zigging, when they zag life, this week we want to help you, or one of you, make sure you’ve got the power to make those images.
Yep, one of our fave pieces of gear, the Delkin Dual Battery Charger.
Sexy? No. Useful? Incredibly.
When we travel, there are a few different pieces of gear that suck up the power, and need to be recharged nightly.
By having one unit that can charge 2 kinds of batteries at once, we get a bit more space in the luggage and more efficiency on the job. You can have various manufacturers plates, for their specific batteries and use simultaneously.

“The Delkin Dual Universal Battery Charger simultaneously charges two batteries at the same time on the same charger without increasing the charge time for either battery. Each battery is monitored and controlled individually on a separate circuit, so it operates like two high-end battery chargers plugged in side by side. Includes: Dual Universal Battery Charger Base, Detachable Power Plug, Car Charger “

Now we have a unit ready to go to one winner this week, but since we are not mind readers, as hard as we try, the plates will be ordered once we know what the winner needs.
Cool?

So, for all of you who are subscribers to the weekly Newsletter, get ready for the Weds. morning details on this giveaway.
And we’d be remiss if we didn’t let our newest community members know how this works.
1. Sign up for free weekly newsletter.
2. Wait till Weds. when it’ll appear in your email inbox (watch the spam folder ,too)
3. Read through the recap of photo news and some stuff just in the newsletter.
4. Find the special word to enter the giveaway
5. email us back, with that word, and you’re entered!

Surprisingly simple, really. And then random.org picks us a winner!

Oh, the year end giveaway, which always is the biggest, will be announced this week, so stand by.
Yes, it’s something photographic.
