After days of looking , listening ,handling, researching a lot of what was new, this product just blew away all the rest for new standards.

Ladies and Gentleman-The Canon EOS-1D, Mark III

For the first time in my life, I actually considered a switch. Now I’ve been Nikon for my whole life. True, I own a Canon body for one sweet piece of glass : the 24mm tilt/shift lens that only Canon makes. But I’ve been loyal other than that.

This camera made me look at the whole system. 30 image burst in RAW, Digic 3, the wireless capabities, battery life, hand feel,and more. The tests I saw with ISO 6400 were remarkable. Period.

Now this is for the pros and prosumer as the price we’re hearing on the street is going to be about $4000. Don’t quote us,but what we heard. Coming in April.
